Meet EJ Williams
A successful real estate investor, developer and broker for 14 years, Esther “EJ” Williams has negotiated over 300 transactions, instructed countless students and has helped improve the landscape of communities through redevelopment and new construction all over the greater Chicago area. Although she is esteemed as the Queen of Flips, EJ has also mastered structuring deals for maximum profit with lenders and partners alike. Her diverse business experience has been instrumental in her own success, as well as the prosperity of many new and experienced investors. Over the years, EJ along with her husband and business partner, has expanded their portfolio by acquiring income generating rental properties, while completing numerous renovations and ‘fix and flip’ properties every year.
As a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois and Georgia, EJ is the co-founder of Ultimate Real Estate Group, a boutique brokerage firm, and Ultimate Homes Chicago, an investment and development company. She is also the brain child behind the Ultimate Real Estate Blueprint (URB). URB provides seminars, mentoring and events for those preparing to start or scale up their real estate investing endeavors.
EJ is a native Chicagoan and life-long resident of the city’s South Side, where she resides with her family. This dynamic leader, wife and mother of one daughter prides herself on being a socially-conscious business leader who is deeply committed to her community. EJ is the founder of You Go Girl!, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to impact and transform the lives of inner-city girls by teaching health and life skills. She also proudly serves on the board for Cambridge Classical Academy and Vice Chair of the board for Humble Design Chicago. EJ received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate Investments from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
